These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through kitorasports.com. By submitting a quote request or placing an order with KitoraSports, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@kitorasports.com before placing your order.

KitoraSports is based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We manufacture and supply custom sports uniforms to clubs, schools, and leagues worldwide.

The ordering process

All orders follow this sequence: quote request, free design mockup, revisions (if needed), written design approval, payment, production, and delivery. No order enters production until we have received both your written design approval and full payment. These two steps are your final confirmation that the order is correct.

By submitting written approval of a design mockup, you confirm that all design elements, including colours, logos, player names, numbers, and sizing, are correct and match your requirements. You authorise KitoraSports to begin manufacturing your order based on the approved design.

Custom manufactured goods

Every KitoraSports order is manufactured specifically for your team or club. Because every item is made to your exact approved design specification, the following terms apply to custom-manufactured goods:

Before production begins

  • You can cancel your order at any time before making payment with no charge
  • After payment and before production begins, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund
  • Design revisions are unlimited and free at all stages before your final written approval

After production begins

Once production begins following your written design approval and payment, we cannot accept cancellations or design changes. Manufacturing starts within 24 hours of approval and payment, and your specific materials and production slot cannot be reallocated once work begins.

This policy is standard practice for all custom-manufactured goods worldwide and applies regardless of the buyer’s location.

Manufacturing defects and errors

If your delivered kit differs from your approved design mockup in any material way, you are entitled to a full replacement or a full refund. This covers:

  • Colours that differ noticeably from the approved proof
  • Logo artwork, placement, or sizing that does not match the approved mockup
  • Player names, numbers, or fonts that do not match your submitted player list
  • Items delivered in a different size than ordered, as confirmed by your submitted size list
  • Any production defect that makes an item unwearable for its intended purpose

To claim under this guarantee, email us at orders@kitorasports.com within 4 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or process a full refund within 7 business days of receiving your claim. No returns shipping is required from your end.

Our commitment is simple. If we produce something different from what you approved, we fix it, or we refund you. No arguments, no lengthy investigation.

Pricing and payment

All prices quoted by KitoraSports are per unit unless otherwise stated. Your final quote will show the total cost, including design, production, and estimated shipping to your address.

Prices on kitorasports.com are shown as a range because exact pricing depends on your order quantity, sport, and customisation requirements. Your confirmed price is the one stated in your written quote, not the range shown on the website.

Full payment is required before production begins. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card through Stripe, and PayPal. Payment confirmation must be received before your production slot is confirmed.

KitoraSports quotes prices in USD, GBP, and AUD depending on your market. Currency exchange rates are not our responsibility if you choose to pay in a different currency than quoted.

Delivery and shipping

We provide estimated delivery timelines when we issue your quote. These timelines cover standard production (7 to 10 business days) plus tracked international shipping (4 to 11 business days, depending on your market). Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we have explicitly confirmed a delivery date in writing.

Shipping delays caused by customs authorities, courier disruptions, or events outside our control are not grounds for cancellation or refund once production has begun. We will notify you immediately if we become aware of any delay affecting your order.

The risk of loss passes to you when your order is handed over to the courier, and a tracking number is generated. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier if a shipment is lost in transit.

Import duties and customs

KitoraSports ships from Pakistan. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply in your country depending on the value of your order. For most small club orders to the US (10-15 units or fewer), import duty is typically zero under the de minimis threshold. For larger orders, we will advise estimated duty at the time of quoting.

Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We handle all customs documentation accurately on your behalf, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities in your country.

Intellectual property

When you provide artwork, logos, or design files for use in your uniform order, you confirm that you have the right to use that artwork and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. KitoraSports takes no responsibility for designs that include artwork you do not have permission to use.

The designs KitoraSports created for your order are yours. We retain the right to use images of completed orders in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us in writing at the time of ordering not to do so.

KitoraSports design mockups created before an order is placed remain the property of KitoraSports until an order is paid in full.

Limitation of liability

KitoraSports liability for any order is limited to the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of revenue, reputational damage, or costs incurred due to a delayed or defective delivery beyond the cost of the order itself.

Our maximum liability to you under these terms and conditions is the total amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from orders placed through kitorasports.com will be resolved in accordance with Pakistani commercial law. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own country.

Changes to these terms and conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you submit your order. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
