KitoraSports takes your privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit kitorasports.com or place an order for a uniform with us, why we collect it, and exactly what we do with it. We collect only what we need to deliver your order and communicate with you about it.

KitoraSports is based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We serve customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, and any other country. This policy covers all four markets and complies with GDPR (UK and EU), CCPA (California, US), and the Australian Privacy Act.

What information do we collect

We collect two types of information: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you visit our website.

Information you give us directly

When you fill in our quote form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • Your WhatsApp or phone number, if you provide it
  • Your club or school name
  • Your country
  • Order details, including sport, quantity, colours, and logo files you upload

We do not collect payment card details directly. All payments go through a bank account, which each has its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation that the payment was completed.

Information collected automatically

When you visit kitorasports.com, we automatically collect standard website data, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on each page. We collect this through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and improve it over time.

Why we collect your information

We use your personal information for specific, limited purposes:

  • To send you a custom design mockup and pricing quote based on your request
  • To communicate with you throughout the design, production, and delivery process
  • To process and fulfil your order
  • To send your order tracking information when your kit ships
  • To answer questions or resolve any issues with your order
  • To improve our website based on how visitors use it

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what is listed above. We do not build advertising profiles or sell your data to third parties.

Who sees your information

Your personal information stays within KitoraSports except in three specific situations:

  • Our design team sees your order details and logo files to create your mockup
  • Our shipping partners (DHL or FedEx) receive your delivery address and contact number to deliver your order
  • Payment processors Bank handle payment confirmation but do not receive your order details

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with marketing companies, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

How long we keep your information

We keep your order details and contact information for five years from your last order. We keep this so we can fulfil re-orders and answer any questions about past orders. After three years your data is deleted from our systems.

We keep your design files permanently so you can re-order at any time without starting the design process again. If you want your design files deleted, contact us and we will remove them within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have specific rights over your personal data. We honour all of the following regardless of your location:

International data transfers

KitoraSports is based in Pakistan. When you submit a quote from the US, UK, Australia, or Europe, your personal data transfers to Pakistan for processing. Pakistan is not on the EU or UK adequacy list, which means we rely on standard contractual protections to ensure your data is handled safely.

In practice, your data is used only to process your order and communicate with you about it. It does not leave our internal systems except to our shipping partners when your order dispatches.

California residents (CCPA)

If you live in California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to delete your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

How we protect your data

Our website runs on HTTPS with an SSL certificate. Your data is stored on password-protected systems. We limit access to personal data to team members who need it to process your order. We do not store payment card information at any point.

If we update this privacy policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated by email to customers with active orders. Continued use of kitorasports.com after a policy update means you accept the revised terms.
